Centinum Group is a Canadian-based international development advisory and investment firm operating across Canada and the Global South. Our activities include international development procurement, advisory services to governments and development agencies, facilitation of foreign direct investment (FDI), connecting investors and venture capital to opportunities and high-growth startups, facilitation of large-scale investment transactions, and the deployment of our own capital across a portfolio of sectors.
By accessing, browsing, or otherwise using the Site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access the Site. If you are using the Site on behalf of an organization, government, or agency, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
The Site provides general information about Centinum Group and its services. Content on the Site is provided for informational purposes only and does not constitute an offer, solicitation, recommendation, or commitment to provide any service, enter into any transaction, or make any investment.
Any engagement of Centinum's services — whether advisory, procurement, FDI facilitation, investment-related, or otherwise — is subject to the execution of a separate written agreement between you and Centinum. Nothing on the Site creates a client, advisory, fiduciary, agency, partnership, or joint venture relationship.
Information on the Site, including insights published in our Media section, is general in nature and does not constitute legal, financial, investment, tax, accounting, procurement, or other professional advice. Centinum facilitates connections between investors, venture capital firms, governments, and opportunities, and also deploys its own capital across its investment portfolio. In relation to any investment or FDI matter:
Centinum provides international development procurement services, including sourcing equipment, contractors, and specialist expertise on behalf of governments, ministries, and agencies. All procurement engagements are governed exclusively by a separate written mandate agreement that defines scope, deliverables, fees, compliance obligations, and liability. Information on the Site regarding procurement capabilities is illustrative only and does not constitute a binding offer to procure any goods or services.
Engagements with governments, ministries, development agencies, and multilateral institutions are subject to applicable public procurement law, the terms of the relevant engagement or contract, and any applicable international standards. Nothing on the Site overrides the terms of a specific engagement agreement or applicable public-sector requirements.
Where Centinum works with startups and high-growth ventures — including through introductions to investors, market-entry support, or strategic advisory — such services are provided under separate agreement. Centinum does not guarantee funding, investment, procurement outcomes, or business results. References to ventures Centinum has supported are illustrative and do not imply any ongoing relationship, endorsement, or guarantee of outcomes.
In the event of any conflict between these Terms and a signed engagement agreement between you and Centinum, the terms of the signed engagement agreement will govern with respect to that engagement. These Terms continue to govern your general use of the Site.
All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, the Centinum name and marks, brand identity, design, layout, and published insights — is the property of Centinum Group or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may view and download content for your own personal, non-commercial reference only. You may not reproduce, republish, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without our prior written consent. The Centinum Group name, logo, and tagline may not be used without express written permission.

Centinum is committed to conducting business ethically and in compliance with applicable anti-corruption and anti-bribery laws, including the Corruption of Foreign Public Officials Act (Canada) and comparable international standards. In any engagement, all parties are expected to comply with applicable anti-corruption, sanctions, anti-money-laundering, and export-control laws. Centinum reserves the right to decline or terminate any engagement that would breach such requirements.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario, Canada, for the resolution of any dispute arising out of these Terms or your use of the Site, subject to any mandatory dispute-resolution provisions in a separate engagement agreement.
We may revise these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Site after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
